| Auditorium Booking Information |
| The Alexander X. O'Connor Auditorium is available for all district related programs and performances year round, free of charge. The auditorium is also available for other private entities on a fee basis.
Booking Procedures 1. Check our events calendar to ensure the date and time of your event is not already booked. 2. Call the auditorium at (201)858-0071 and leave a message with your name, date and time of event, and contact information, or complete our online booking form. 3. Wait to receive confirmation of booking via email and/or phone call. 4. Check the events calendar as final confirmation of your booked event. Once your event appears on the calendar it is finalized. * PLEASE BE SURE TO REVIEW OUR THEATRE POLICIES PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE. |
