NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by the Assistant Superintendent for Business of the Bayonne Board of Education on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 10:00am prevailing time in the Anna J. Herbert Board Meeting Room, 669 Avenue A, Bayonne, NJ 07002 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
BAYONNE BOARD OF EDUCATION
LEASE FOR NEW DUMP TRUCK WITH SNOW PLOW, FOUR-YEAR TERM
Proposals must be made on the standard proposal forms, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and marked “BID: LEASE FOR NEW DUMP TRUCK WITH SNOW PLOW, FOUR-YEAR TERM” on the outside, addressed to Leo J. Smith, Jr., Assistant Superintendent for Business, Bayonne Board of Education, 669 Avenue A, Bayonne, NJ 07002.
Any Bid Addenda will also be issued on the website. Therefore, all interested bidders should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained via the Bayonne Board of Education website www.bboed.org.
If awarded a contract, your company/firm shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10.5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
