The Physical Education, Health, and Wellness programs are committed to fostering the holistic development of all students by promoting physical fitness, comprehensive health literacy, and social-emotional well-being. Through an inclusive curriculum, we aim to instill a lifelong commitment to physical activity, equip students with the knowledge and critical thinking skills necessary for making informed health decisions, and cultivate a supportive environment that encourages self-awareness, resilience, and respectful communication.
