A Message To Our Parents & Students...
The English Language Arts curriculum helps to develop confident communicators, critical thinkers, and engaged learners. In the classrooms, students will discover the joy of reading, find their voice through writing, and explore the world through language. We believe in all students' potential and are committed to providing our scholars with engaging and challenging learning experiences that will help them grow into articulate, thoughtful, and well-rounded individuals.
The study of literature and the development of strong writing skills equips students with critical thinking tools, effective communication, and the cultural awareness necessary to navigate a complex, interconnected, and rapidly changing world.

ELA PROGRAM VISION
We are committed to providing a rigorous and engaging English Language Arts curriculum that meets the diverse needs of all our students. Our goals are to develop strong literacy skills for all learners with the foundational skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. The English Language Arts curriculum enhances students' abilities to analyze, interpret, evaluate, and synthesize information from diverse texts and sources. We foster an appreciation of diverse voices and experiences through the study of a wide range of texts, promoting empathy and respect for all. Students will be able to express themselves creatively through various forms of writing and communication.
That's what books do. They plant the seed of an idea in your mind, and it blooms in a way you might never have imagined.
