WELCOME!

A Message To Our Parents & Students...

The World Language Department is dedicated to equipping students with the linguistic skills, cultural understanding, and global awareness needed to thrive in an interconnected world. Through immersive language instruction and meaningful multicultural experiences, we aim to foster proficiency in multiple languages while cultivating respect for diverse cultures and perspectives.

We are actively working to expand our program to include grades K–8 and increase the variety of languages offered across the district. The department promotes academic excellence through initiatives such as the Seal of Biliteracy, the World Language Honor Society, Project Acceleration with Seton Hall University, and dual enrollment opportunities with Hudson County Community College, allowing students to earn college credit while still in high school. These programs support our mission to inspire lifelong language learners and globally competent citizens.
