BBOED Bayonne School District Mission
The mission of the Bayonne Public School District is to provide optimum learning opportunities for all students in a safe, secure, inclusive learning environment that fosters personal and interpersonal growth, lifelong learning and a strong sense of community.   • BHS Drama Junior Casting Call!
    BHS Drama Junior is holding auditions for the Junior Cast of the winter musical "A Christmas Carol" - including the roles of Tiny Tim, Cratchit Children, Fan and other young actor roles as well as the Children's Chorus!  A Christmas Carol will be performed December 4th, 5th and 6th. 
    In addition, BHS Drama is seeking a young male actor for the role of "Theo" in the upcoming production of "Pippin" - to be performed this Spring.
    Auditions for both shows will be held on Thursday, October 8th at 3:30PM. Please report to Door #22 - located near the Tennis Courts inside the BHS Campus. All interested students ages 8 and up are encouraged to audition. Please be prepared to sing a song from memory - preferably one from a broadway musical OR a holiday favorite.  Please visit for more information.

  • Community Assistance Needed
    The BOE authorizes the School Business Administrator to pay the sum of $200 dollars to any person who is not an employee or relative of an employee of the Bayonne Board of Education, who provides credible, factual information that leads to the removal of a student illegally in our school district.
